Training and Development Opportunities

KAHRAMAA Believes in Investing in Human Recourses in order to accomplish its Vision, Mission, & Goals. Quality Qatarization has always been a priority through effective talent management and competency development programs.

​Training Opportunities

Kahramaa has three (3) Types of Training:

                     1)     Secondary School graduate Training Programs:

                      -       Clerical Preparation Program (CPP)

The Program’s objective is to hire and develop Secondary School Qatari personnel graduates to fill junior clerical positions for Qatarization purposes in Kahramaa. 


       -       ​Security Guards Training Program: (STP)

The Program’s objective is to train the security personnel of all levels in the organization to raise their efficiency and develop all the skills required to work in various fields of security such as:

​​​- Securing the facility.

- Fire-fighting.

- First aid.

- Risk analysis, and dealing with emergencies and crises.

The Security personnel are trained to achieve international certificates in accordance with the specifications approved by the Ministry of Interior.

2)     Graduate Training Programs:

This Program is For fresh university graduates, who join KAHRAMAA after graduation. IT has two types:

-       Graduate Engineering Training (GET)

A comprehensive specialized training plans that are oriented for fresh graduate students in engineering field to acquire as much skills to occupy and handle an engineering position.

-       Graduate management Training (GMT)

A comprehensive training plans that are oriented for fresh graduate students in management field to acquire as much knowledge to occupy and handle a management and administrative position.


3)     On Job Training

A Training Program designed to train the employee while performing his daily work tasks. The training focuses on the special skills required for the job, and It is instructed by experienced employees at the same section or department.  

​Development Opportunities

 Individual development plan (IDP) Program

          - It is a competency based training plan in line with international standard ISO 10015.

          - It compares between required skills to excel working in a position and the employee’s ability.

          - It shows simply the training requirements for each employee.

          - Each Qatari Employee has his own IDP and progresses follow up to improve Kahramaa capacity building.


English Language Program

          - KAHRAMAA provides English Language training courses for its staff based on the international standard of the Common European Frame of Reference.

         - KAHRAMAA utilizes the best English language training providers in Qatar.


Call Center 991

​Our KAHRAMAA call center is available to assist you with general information concerning your bill payments, new and current connections. It is a 24 hours electricity and water emergency and response center; you can report your problem or concern and follow up the progress of the response.
The 991 call center uses an auto-response system to help you minimize queuing time on the phone and speak to a call center agent. You must have your electricity and water number ready to use this service.

Call 991, KHARAMAA's 24/7 Electricity and Water Emergency and Incident help line; the Call Center opens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

​يعمل مركز اتصالات كهرماء لتزويدك بمعلومات عامة تتعلق بدفع فواتيرك، والتوصيلات الجديدة والحالية، ويعمل المركز على مدار الساعة للاستجابة لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه. يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة أو عارض و تتبع إجراءات الاستجابة.
يطبق  مركز الاتصال 991 نظام نظام الرد التفاعلي (IVR)، ليساعدك على تقليل وقت الإنتظار على الهاتف والتحدث مع مشغل البدالة. ويجب أن يكون رقم الكهرباء والمياه في المتناول ليمكنك استخدامه أثناء الاتصال. ويعمل موظفو خدمات المشتركين في خدمتكم خلال ساعات الدوام من السبت إلى الخميس من كل أسبوع.
إتصل بـ 991، مركز الإتصال لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه الذي يعمل 24 ساعة/ 7 أيام، على مدار الأسبوع.


خدمة "الوتس اب " 30303991

أطلقت كهرماء خدمتها الجديدة والمميزة على برنامج التواصل الاجتماعي " الوتس اب" على الرقم "30303991" لتعزيز جسور التواصل بينها وبين مشتركيها، بحيث يستفاد عبر هذه الخدمة من مزايا السرعة في ارسال الملاحظات والإجراء . فقد طبقت هذه الخدمة لتساعدك في الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة أو عارض والتقاط الصور للمشكلة وارسالها بشكل سريع.
